# Termo de Sigilo e Confidencialidade

O Termo de Sigilo e Confidencialidade foi incluído para garantir que os usuários do sistema tenham conhecimento de que o uso do SIGAF deve estar de acordo com a [Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD)](https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2018/lei/l13709.htm). Essa lei estabelece regras claras sobre coleta, armazenamento, tratamento e compartilhamento de **dados pessoais**, impondo um padrão mais elevado de **proteção e penalidades significativas para o não cumprimento da norma.**

É de responsabilidade de todos os usuários do SIGAF o cumprimento da legislação, por isso a leitura deve ser atenta para que o conteúdo seja assimilado e incorporado na rotina.

Será necessário declarar ciência no Termo:

1. no **primeiro acesso** ao SIGAF para os novos usuários cadastrados;
2. no primeiro acesso ao SIGAF após a **reativação de cadastros inativos.**
