# Baixar Anexo da RDC 11/2011 Assinado

O download do documento que contém o parecer da solicitação do credenciamento, ou seja o anexo da RDC 11/2011 assinado, poderá ser realizado em todos os status que a solicitação assume após o cadastro de um parecer, sejam eles: vigente, vencido, não aprovado, descredenciado ou revogado. Essa ação fica disponível tanto para o farmacêutico do estabelecimento quanto para a autoridade sanitária competente. Neste caso você deve acessar o menu:

***Cadastros > Estabelecimentos > Credenciamento de UPDT***

O sistema irá exibir os filtros para busca:

Deve-se utilizar um dos filtros acima para encontrar a solicitação de credenciamento a qual se deseja excluir. Recomendamos utilizar os filtros nome do estabelecimento ou CNPJ ou CNES do estabelecimento, bem como selecionar no filtro status a opção correspondente\*\*.\*\*

Após preencher os filtros desejados deve-se acionar o comando “**Pesquisar”**. O sistema irá exibir o resultado da busca no grid de resultados, conforme imagem abaixo. Para editar uma solicitação, deve-se selecionar o comando “**Download do anexo RDC11/2011”** disponível no campo ação:

O navegador irá realizar o download do documento. Para abrir, selecione o arquivo após finalização do download na pasta correspondente no seu computador.
