# Excluir Solicitação

Apenas as solicitações no status aberto podem ser excluídas. Essa ação pode ser realizada apenas pelos níveis de usuário Farmacêutico Municipal ou Regional, desde que a solicitação pertença ao seu respectivo Estabelecimento de Saúde. Caso a solicitação de credenciamento ou renovação que deseje excluir se enquadre nessa descrição, você deve acessar o menu:

***Cadastros > Estabelecimentos > Credenciamento de UPDT***

O sistema irá exibir os filtros para busca:

Deve-se utilizar um dos filtros acima para encontrar a solicitação de credenciamento a qual se deseja excluir. Recomendamos utilizar os filtros nome do estabelecimento ou CNPJ ou CNES do estabelecimento, bem como selecionar no filtro status a opção **aberto.**

Após preencher os filtros desejados deve-se acionar o comando “**Pesquisar”**. O sistema irá exibir o resultado da busca no grid de resultados, conforme imagem abaixo. Para excluir uma solicitação, deve-se selecionar o comando “**Excluir”** disponível no campo ação:

O SIGAF irá exibir a mensagem de confirmação:

Caso o Usuário responda **\[NÃO],** o SIGAF não exclui o registro e se mantém na interface de pesquisa.

Caso o Usuário responda \[**SIM**], o SIGAF exclui o registro permanentemente e exibe o Registro excluído com sucesso. Não existe estorno de exclusão no SIGAF.
