# Estornar Descredenciamento

O estorno de um descredenciamento pode ser realizada apenas no status **descredenciado.** Essa ação pode ser realizada apenas pela autoridade sanitária competente, a qual deve possuir nível de acesso no SIGAF de Fiscal municipal ou Fiscal Regional/Estadual. O usuário deve então acessar o menu: ***Cadastros > Estabelecimentos > Credenciamento de UPDT***

O sistema irá exibir os filtros para busca:

Deve-se utilizar um dos filtros acima para encontrar a solicitação de credenciamento a qual se deseja realizar o estorno do descredenciamento. Recomendamos utilizar os filtros nome do estabelecimento ou CNPJ ou CNES do estabelecimento, bem como selecionar no filtro status a opção **descredenciado.**

Após preencher os filtros desejados deve-se acionar o comando “**Pesquisar”**. O sistema irá exibir o resultado da busca no grid de resultados, conforme imagem abaixo. Para realizar o estorno de um descredenciamento, deve-se selecionar o comando “**Estorno do Descredenciamento”** disponível no campo ação:

O SIGAF então exibe a mensagem:

Caso o Usuário responda \[**NÃO**], o SIGAF mantém a solicitação no status descredenciado, e volta para a tela de busca.

Caso o Usuário responda \[**SIM**], o SIGAF muda o status do credenciamento para VIGENTE ou VENCIDO (conforme período credenciado).
