# Uso do TeamViewer

Instalado o *TeamViewer*, abra o software e encaminhe ao Suporte duas informações para que seja possível acessar a tela do seu computador:

1. Sua ID
2. Senha

Ao encaminhar seus dados de acesso, o Suporte irá ter acesso ao seu computador e irá aparecer no canto inferior da sua tela opções de controle do acesso:

Ao clicar o "x" e encerrar a sessão, será exibida a seguinte mensagem:

Clique em "Ok" e pronto, sessão finalizada!
